Collaboration Process
Collaboration Process
Phase 1: Planning & Commercial Agreement
This phase aims to precisely align goals with you and establish a foundation for collaboration with clear responsibilities and fair transparency.
Step 1: Requirements Communication & Project Analysis
Requirement Submission: You provide the project’s scientific objectives, technical parameters, usage scenarios, and budget expectations.
Preliminary Technical Alignment: Our technical team will conduct in-depth discussions with you to jointly analyze requirements, clarifying the project scope, technical approach, and initial outline.
Step 2: Solution Design & Proposal
Technical Feasibility Study: Our internal team conducts a detailed assessment, completing preliminary technical path design, critical component selection, and timeline planning.
Presentation of Customized Proposal & Quotation: You will receive a detailed Project Proposal and Commercial Quotation, including:
Customized technical solution and design overview.
Clear, quantifiable performance indicators and acceptance criteria.
Detailed project timeline and milestones.
Project quotation, suggested phased payment schedule, and terms.
After-sales service and comprehensive training plan.
Step 3: Contract Negotiation & Project Kick-off
Contract Negotiation & Finalization: Based on the confirmed proposal, we will prepare the Custom Equipment Development Contract, specifying technical specifications, deliverables, schedule, responsibilities of both parties, payment plan, intellectual property, and confidentiality clauses.
Formal Authorization & Commencement: Both parties sign the contract, and the initial project payment is made as agreed. Upon receipt, the project is officially initiated, and the dedicated project manager and core team immediately commence execution.
Phase 2: Execution & Delivery
Entering the development and implementation stage, we translate blueprints into reliable equipment through transparent management and rigorous testing.
Step 4: Collaborative Design & Detailed Engineering
Design Iteration & Review: Both parties conduct multiple rounds of review and optimization based on detailed design documents and 3D models until your written approval of the final design is obtained.
Transparent Project Management: You will clearly understand the design progress through regular meetings and progress reports, and provide confirmation at all key milestones.
Step 5: Manufacturing, Integration & Testing
Manufacturing & Integration of Your Custom Equipment: Based on the approved design, manufacturing and system integration of your custom equipment begins in our own precision workshop.
Comprehensive Factory Acceptance Testing & Calibration: Upon integration completion, the equipment undergoes rigorous functional, performance, and safety testing, resulting in a data-backed Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Calibration Report.
Milestone Payment: Completion of this phase triggers the corresponding interim payment as stipulated in the contract.
Step 6: Acceptance, Delivery & Deployment
Final User Acceptance Test: You are invited to conduct the final acceptance on-site or remotely. Upon your written confirmation that the equipment performance meets requirements, both parties sign the Final Acceptance Certificate.
International Logistics, Installation & Training: We arrange international shipping and customs clearance, and provide professional on-site installation, commissioning, and systematic operational training for your team.
Final Settlement: The final project payment is settled according to the agreed contractual payment node (e.g., before shipment or after successful final acceptance).
Phase 3: Support & Deepening
Delivery is not the endpoint, but the beginning of long-term collaboration and continuous optimization.
Step 7: Long-term Support & Knowledge Transfer
Dedicated After-sales Service & Maintenance: We provide warranty services as contracted, long-term technical support response, and spare parts supply.
Project Archiving & Continuous Optimization: Complete technical documentation is transferred to you. As your long-term technical partner, we support subsequent equipment upgrades and continuous improvement.
